Carvedilol: Teva goes after company # 16

Teva has now sued Apotex at the Dist. Court of New Jersey.
I had earlier mentioned on Teva's attack on the other generic players, here.

All players who have been sued:
1. Zentiva was sued in the S.D. of Florida

The following have been sued at Southern District of New York

2. Mylan;

3. Taro Pharmaceuticals.

Following were sued at the Dist. of New Jersey

4. Lupin;

5. Moehs Iberica;

6. Urquima;

7. Orchid;

8. Wanbury;

9. Zhejiang Huahai;

10. USV Ltd.;

11. Cadila;

12. Ranbaxy;

13. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories;

14. Watson.

All the above companies were sued in June 2007.
